2. On a tangent. How do you think W/Cheney would have handled this? Reagan?
Are they all purposefully mismanaging the government to favor something/someone other than the US citizens?
Rhetorical, I know. Who is that other entity that benefits from the collapse of US democracy? Is it the evil foreigners such as that ex-KGB diktator who is upset at the fall of the USSR? Is it the hordes of people from the other side of the planet who are jealous of our riches (obviously not our culture)? Or is it internal parasites who want a return to the robber-baron world with no shackles on how they rape the planet and the people. |

3. *Robber Barons*
I think it is time to re-energize the term “robber barons” and begin to use it instead of the much more nebulous and now overused “1 percenters.” I think that would nicely irritate the hell out of people who seriously need tp be irritated.

4. Yes.
Only now they are hyper-mega-super-ultra-robber barons.
The old school ones were nowhere near as wealthy, powerful and influential as the new ones. They merely set up the system for their inheritors in the best way possible, greasing the wheels for oligarchy and throwing bags of sand in the gears of The People's fledgling democracy. Gosh, an old time robber baron would drool and then faint at seeing how much has been accumulated and owned now. It's a great time to be wealthy. The best ever. |

5. If this is such an egregious crime....
Where's the formal justice department investigation? Where are the indictments? Where?

8. Trump's base will never ask those questions
The point is to make Trump's followers believe there was a crime when there wasn't.
It will help detract from Trump's poor handling of the pandemic, and will make it seem like he was right to claim the Mueller investigation was a hoax all along. Our once great nation now has an idiot president who plays games, spreads misinformation and promotes conspiracy theories. It is truly sad. |
