Highly doubtful. It reminds me of Hank Azaria's character in "The Birdcage" giving Nathan Lane's character "pirin" tablets to calm him down. Azaria tells Robin Williams "it's just Aspirin with the "A" and "s" scraped off.

The Doctor probably gave Trump a low dose aspirin to thin his blood out before he has a stroke, and told him it was Hydroxychloroquine.

Or he's simply lying, again, as usual.
