George Floyd Toxicology Report: Explained

George Floyd's toxicology report that was released with autopsy from Hennepin County Medical Examiner's office was released week of June 1, 2020. Nothing in it absolves those officers, and the report confirms what we saw happen on camera.

1. Why would they even do a toxicology report unless

to put the blame for his death on him?

I know from personal experience that they typically take two or three months.

7. 2 months sounds a little long

I suppose it kind of depends on jurisdiction and circumstances. And I don't think there's any question at all that this one goes to the head of the line in any jurisdiction.
(so, no .. not surprised by the rapid turn around on this one)

8. No, two months, sometimes longer is apparently fairly typical.

I'm not sure why.

My experience had to do with the death of someone close to me three years ago. Two months before that person died, someone I know in Australia died, and the toxicology report there likewise took several months.

Have you ever got tested for drugs for a job related purposes? It doesn't take long at all.

12. All I can tell you is that those two deaths, the toxicology screen took two months.

One was in Portland, OR, the other in Sydney, Australia.

Both were suicides. And we were told at the outside that it would take about two months to get the results back. I suppose they were looking for a whole lot more different things than a simple employment drug test is looking for.
