2. Indeed, they have. Great leadership, linked up with public health officials,

sets the right priorities and timeline, produces and distributes their own supplies, labs, etc.; monitors and cheerleads, leads with transparency and honesty with the public. And keeps up good relations with whoever is in Washington, DC.
When a leader trusts and honestly informs the public, the public responds at its best.

In the midst of the worst health crisis in 100 years, the whole foundation of democracy is shown at its best with Cuomo and New York. Reverend Al Sharpton is right: this state is a model for solving both COVID and law enforcement problems. Americans across the country can do what New Yorkers have done. This leader lays out the lingo of trolls and silly thinkers, and provides to Americans the logic and lingo to smash them. State governors need to follow their colleague's lead.
