That's what Kirschner wants him to do... but I haven't seen it yet.

that this can be accomplished, but raising the number of USSC justices and appeals court justices is going to be a tough thing to do. Should they try? Oh, hell yes. The alternative is unthinkable.

They also need to do the vetting he suggested, we know the Federalist opportunists are largely unqualified and should never have been put forth as nominees. McConnel, in his rush to stack the courts, has gotten really sloppy as far as vetting these guys goes, and many of them are likely vulnerable.

Judicial misconduct is hard to prove and might take too long, so dragging the cheats and liars out into the open is most likely the best remedy.
