turn around and go get it. Had to do that a couple times before it became as automatic as bringing my wallet.

I like to take it off when outside walking with no one around, but I have the mask in my hand for when I go in a store or come up on somebody.

I've walked out a time or two without one, but as soon as I remember I turn around and go get it.

I will pull my mask below my nose sometimes when I am walking up hauling heavy grocery bags. The mask makes it very hard to breathe if I am already winded. Of course I pull it up if people are around.

I have actually been yelled at to pull it up - by people wearing no mask at all.

Uh, okay.

You know, the ones who indignantly point to the mask strapped tightly under their chin and bellow "I am wearing one!"

Management of public places are authorized to refuse access to people not wearing a mask. But some places are lax about enforcing the mask rule. Sometimes I encounter an employee on their way to a break who has pulled off the mask.

I live in an apartment building. Most of the residents do not bother with masks when outside their apts. Twice I have had people get angry when I refused to let them in the elevator with me. I motioned them to wait and then quickly pushed the "close door" button and moved on.

I don't go anywhere without a mask on - it's a small price to pay for everyone's safety, my own and others, plus I social distance. Thanks, sheshe2

The ones that wear them are protecting the willfully ignorant that don’t. I’m a mask wearing godless heathen, but wearing a mask seems to be the Christ like thing to do.
