that he supported Barr at first, along with Joyce Vance, on MSNBC. They both thought he would rise above politics. Man, he sure proved them wrong.

(23,024 posts)3. So true, but their hope for BB's performance does add to their non-partial credibility,
if not their prognosticative aptitude. Chuck took a hard hit with that one.
Edit: at the time, partially because of Chuck R's take, I was hoping Barr might be in there to fool Trump into thinking he was on his side, just to gather more evidence to evict and convict him.

They both knew who he was. They knew his beliefs. They fell knowingly into the trap of defending one of their own no matter what. Include Mimi Roca and Dalia Lithwick as charter members of the, hell honor the traditions of our lofty profession. Now they feel bad? Too late.
