There is no way to start healing - economically, socially, physically, psychologically or otherwise - until he is gone. HE is the problem.

Yes, there are a lot of other factors involved, but he is the one exacerbating the crises and he just continues to add fuel to the fire. He has been the catalyst all along, and removing him will be the first step in beginning to heal this nation.
