The title says cheating, but I would call it "not exactly cheating". For example I love the idea of making D.C. and Puerto Rico states - four more Democratic senators, yay!

they are being violently raped. Then, on of the sums it up: "See, the DEMs are as bad as us(sic)." The Repukes do a good job helping us stay on the straight-and-narrow path.
