For advice on how to deal with this pandemic, and Putin cajoles and manipulates him, increasing his level of indecision as to what his next step should be. And so, Trump has wound up doing nothing, or next to nothing - nothing decisive. at any rate. And of course, the closer we get to the November election, the more he is inclined to sacrifice everything for his own re-election, and say to heck with it.
