Watch this video filmed by someone in a hospital in Texas and who themselves is now dead too along with another family member....

It could be another country. Posting something without proof could be harmful. If you look at the comments they state that area has 1% Blacks so it shouldn't be every person in the ER is Black.

Maybe it’s not Texas...maybe it’s Brazil...or a place as you say has a larger black population...

Does it matter where it is? It’s what is happening right now across our country and thousands sick and dying.

Unless the person who published it secured the permission of every person shown in the video, it is potentially a HIPAA violation.

Could you in the grainy stills see and clearly make out one single face, from the few whose faces were not covered by a ventilator or mask? Did you see one single name revealed?

Do you SERIOUSLY think any of those patients who may be dead soon GIVE A FLYING F#CK about their HIPAA rights?

Wow....sometimes I manage to be surprised after 16 years on DU what manages to appear and be said...
