Of course today is the 51st anniversary of Neil and Buzz's lunar landing. In all possible ways, this has to rank as one of humanity's (and the US's) greatest achievements.
I came across something in an MIT online magazine about deep-fakes and how easy it is to create fake videos/voices using technology, so that we can be deceived about anything. This movie called "In Event of Moon Disaster" (https://moondisaster.org/) takes a real speech that had been written for Richard Nixon to give if something tragic had happened in the landing attempt. Basically, they take video from Nixon's resignation speech and, using artificial intelligence and video editing, make a video that is the opposite of what actually happened.
Take a look. It's scary, but it's also useful as it gives some guidance on how to spot deep-fakes. If this has been posted before, my apologies.
I don't mean to take away from the glory of Apollo 11, by posting this. Neil, Buzz, and Michael were/are incredible heroes (although, Buzz, you've gotten a bit wacky with your support for Trump....must have hit your head when you were leaving the Columbia command module after splashdown!).
Rather, it's a cautionary tale about how easy it is for us to be deceived. I fully believe we will see all sorts of this nonsense right before November 3 to swing some votes, as Trump will do ANYTHING to win. He lies now, and uses technology (like Twitter) to propagate those lies. So, it's no great leap (or is it "giant leap"? ) for him and his team of buffoons to use this kind of fakery to steal votes.
In any event, Apollo 11 was a shining moment for the US. Nothing, but nothing, the Idiot-in-chief does can take that away from us. It makes it all the more poignant when we look around today and see what we've become.

But the last two were really, really hard and I don't think many people would've have gotten them right
