but Barr is not going to reveal anything that will change the course. This is impeachment hearings revisited and I know how that turned out. Again, I applaud the effort but expect nothing to result from it.

6. Nadler's opening question reveals Barr's support of the WH's "Operation Relentless Pursuit."

Or "Operation Legend." Barr blames COVID for the drama, as far as I can tell.

8. Barr obscures the validity of the protestors' attempt to end racist policing policy nationwide. He

obscures their protests solely by using their attacks on a federal court building as DOJ justification of the president's decision to use 75,000 paramilitaries across Democratic states.

That is called out yet by the House Judiciary Committee.

9. Barr said the number of blacks killed this year by police is 8 . . .

. . . while the number of whites so killed is 11, as if that actually means something. But the number of non-Hispanic whites in this country is roughly 4.5 times the number of African Americans. So if, in fact, the two groups were being treated equally, one would expect the number of whites killed by police to be somewhere around 36.

10. Zoe Lofgren points out to Barr that the paramilitaries have provoked more violence more than quelled

it.

Barr continually characterizes protestors as rioters.

Lofgren confronts Barr with literal cyber surveillance of protestors, and says that the American public should know that.

11. 93 fed jurisdictions are subject to Trumpgoons' presence to protect all federal buildings in them.

U.S. Marshals are also used to protect buildings. In Portland the usual 25 marshals increased to 95 because of "rioters."

Portland is targeted because local officials don't protect the fed buildings, and not sent to the other jurisdictions because local officials and LEO's do protect the fed buildings.

12. Barr denies systemic racism in policing, only in the country. He is against eliminating "qualified

immunity" for police.

The reason the DOJ has only conducted ONE patterns and practices investigation is that the local training of police is to blame.

Barr claims that 241 and 242 prosecutions are many, but excuses their absence in the cases of police murder because, he claims, that grand juries couldn't be convened in the jurisdictions of the murders.

Barr: Well, another guy told me no.

FBI docs said no.

Barr: The only purpose of Flynn's interview (untethered to any basis for the interview) was a fishing expedition to get probable cause.

Gig: should officers get due process of grand jury and investigation before being charged with felony murder?

Barr: I only followed the guidelines, I was not carrying out 45's desire.

Buck presumes and states that antifa are violent anarchists and terrorists.

Buck: Can RICO be used to prosecute violent criminal groups like antifa?

Barr: Yes. But we do not currently have a RICO case pending.

17. Rep Karen Bass (CA) to Barr: Zero tolerance equals racist DOJ policy, with receipts.

Bass: will you direct the DOJ to review chokeholds and undu use of force and ketamine

Barr: according to the president's executive order, yes

Bass: what have you done on chokeholds

Barr: were' reviewing local dept certifications

Bass: what is your view of national registry of LEO's

Barr: the prez has directed a national database of past police service history

Bass: Laws are not applied equally, from law enforcement to incarceration; it is the percentage of application that makes the laws enforcement racist


Bass proves the police abuse of Blacks compared to whites and the DOJ is not doing enough to equalize treatment of different race targets.

18. Matt Gaetz tries to establish antifa as terrorist. Barr implies that they're anarchist.

With no reference to the antifa self-proclaimed identity as everyday Americans who hate fascism.

Gaetz: They "metastisize" and can "infect" other "parts" of America.

Gaetz: Do you think antifa violence would simply stop? Or is it your expert opinionn that they wouldn't stop?

Barr: There is no doubt in my mind that it will spread.

Gaertz: Will you give regular Americans assurance that they'll be "protected"?

We can's stand aside and allow this destruction.

GJ: Is defunding police a rational policy?

Barr: No. It's about the misuse of resources directed away from police.

GJ: In Seattle and Minneapolis, defunding the police is extremely dangerous. That is how ridiculous the Left's position has become.

WB: If the election results are clear I will leave.

HJ asks COVID questions that prove that Barr knows show 45's leadership as "NOT SUPERB."

Jeffries pronounces Barr a liar to his face.

Barr pleads ignorance of evidence that Stone's commutation is a crime; that he's not investigating the president, though he admits that in his conformation hearing he'd treat any such pardon as a crime.

Swalwell claims that Barr refutes and deflects any responsibility toward investigating the president.
