1. They missed an opportunity to show a control, tap water.

How much plastic and small particles are there in common tap water.
Obviously there is going to be some, it would have been nice to show that number alongside the bottled water.
Otherwise it was a good experiment that proves you really can't avoid plastic contamination nowadays. Microplastics are everywhere.

2. Agree with tap water comparison. Millions get water through wells, springs, etc.

Nice to see how many plastic particulates are in my well water.
I'm guessing absolutely zero. Live in rural NE with a 300ft well.
We all need to worry about leachates, especially those from neighboring septic systems. But I'll take that worry over the crap that may pass through a metropolitan water "treatment" plant.
