Rick Wilson from January 2020, on how democrats can win the election

Rick Wilson (republican) and people like him, are hard core attack dogs. What they are doing to trump now with the Lincoln Project, they have done to democrats in the past. When they did this to democrats, they won a lot of republican seats.
We can learn from his forthrightness. "They" are on the democrats side now to oust trump, but it won't last.

This was from Jan. 2020, and spot on for today as well.

They've always done attack ads by weaponizing truth. As he said, they'd pore over policy to pick one or two things out of context to scare the crap out of his example of an uninformed voter, the suburban woman---who I'd hazard to say is a lot sharper than he thinks she is, men are a lot easier to scare. Frightening uninformed people is the man's trade and he's done a lot of damage over the years, never considering whether or not a Democrat might be the better candidate.

While I'm as gleeful as anyone else over some of the anti Dumdum content they've put out, I have to recognize that these guys are not our friends. Once they think the Republicans are running sane candidates again, they will be back on the attack against us. Since they are so party identified--even now--it won't be difficult to convince them that party has gone sane again once Dumdum is out.

They don't realize how much of the problem they are, that the fallacies of justifying unacceptable means by some end is hurting this country, that economies don't flow from the plutocrats down (even Lincoln knew that), that poor people want handouts instead of jobs that pay enough for a dignified life, and that winning is everything, even if all you win is a wrecked country and a mouthful of ashes.
