Mary knows her uncle and why he is the way he is. She is a mental health professional, so, Donald has been examined and diagnosed by a qualified professional.

He is a loathsome creature!

Mary's book was released. I believe it's having an effect on him because he's been exposed to the world. An important point that Mary mentions in this interview is that he should face criminal charges for his lack of leadership during the pandemic...
