on DU. Its a fuc*ing crime to Tamper with the US MAIL. I have seen letter carriers go to jail and fired for groceries and political flyers stacked in his home undelivered. Dejoy/Destroy is acting as if the USPS belongs to trump and he can destroy any postal property he wants. and over 200 lawyers and (Postal inspectors) that work for the US throughout the Country say nothing. they should all be fired including the board of USPS Board of Governors.

2. Neal brought up a great point about

mail tampering being a state, as well as a federal crime.

We need to get states to become Right To Vote states. We could save Democracy by taking the fight to the state level. It goes back to 1761, when the Colonist were saying "No taxation without representation". I would love to see laws at the state and federal level that would make sure any citizen that is blocked from voting or who did not have their vote counted, exempt from all taxes until the next election. With a those kinds of laws, states would have the incentive to make sure everyone is represented at every level of government.

18 U.S. Code § 1708.
Theft or receipt of stolen mail matter gen­erally Whoever steals, takes, or abstracts, (ie REMOVE) or by fraud or deception obtains, or attempts so to obtain, from or out of any mail, post office, or station thereof, letter box, mail receptacle

Punishment: Fined, Not more than 5years or Both. Dejoy/destroyed removed mail boxes and sorting machines.
But the illegal troops must protect the Federal Court houses from BLM Protecters. No protection for FEDERAL POST OFFICES. Congress Must Act, Now!
