I'm voting in person. 
I voted absentee during the June primary since Governor Cuomo sent every single voter an absentee application - with the pandemic reason clearly marked. I'm on the fence when it comes to the GE, but I agree with the advice that we all need to plan our votes. I'm leaning towards voting in person, as well - but I have over a month to decide. 
Mail boxes are being vandalized.
Also video feed caught mail being dumped in.parking lot in CA.
Additionally, I saw a DU post saying old address was on mail. Like a machine generated sticker. Rat fucking the programming?
Dunno but I won't risk it! 
But you do bring up a good point - I'm not aware of too many problems here in New York, but that doesn't mean that we're safe. 
I'm sure you will make the right decision for yourself.
I just cannot entrust my vote to DeJoy's dystopian nightmare.

These two women are the FIRST AMERICAN NATIVES EVER to be elected to congress. I am sad that the video overlooked their achievement. The squad is featured, not these two. Sigh.

We can do this. Women can lead the way.
Especially among women. They said that more women voted in 2018 - but surely we can do better than 55%, that's just barely above half of those eligible. 
My grandmother voted for Bill Clinton twice - in '92 and '96 - and she was born in 1900, so the year matched her age. She called me especially just to tell me - and I told her that I did, too. 
As for the primary, that was great news. He has the experience and I've long been an admirer, so I was rooting for him, as well.
