different if Trump clearly won and Biden and his supporters were calling foul. Biden can say he's happy with his performance, but the debate will better serve the people with stricter rules next time.

Anyway it makes no sense that he'd want more debates after the first one where Joe did well and 45* got universal criticism. If he hoped Joe would be flustered or provoked into bad behavior, that plan failed. Dismally.
