Trump has been lying about COVID-19 since January and has NEVER stopped.
He is incapable of admitting he was wrong, even as infections rise (AGAIN after schools reopened, just as after the "economy" was reopened, and after Memorial Day and 4th of July and Sturgis and Tulsa and on and on) and deaths are sure to follow.

There are two things that have happened of consequence with COVID since March - 1) healthcare workers have become better equipped to slow the disease and its progression to help lower the death rate and 2) Republicans found out that it affected minorities and the poor more than whites and the rich and have acted EXACTLY as you expect for a bunch of racist turds.

The misinformation and frankly disinformation continue to flow like all the other lies from Trump and his sycophantic enablers.

To Trump, the lives of Americans are expendable. Business profits and the investor class are Trump's agenda over any and all measures our government needs to take to protect Americans. Trump is swimming in debt and needs the largess of corporations to help get him out of it. This is just the latest example of how the Trump administration has hijacked the Centers for Disease Control. There are rumors about that Dr. Redfield, the C.D.C. Director, will resign. It was in this way that Trump helped to make the meat processing industry in the U.S. hot zone super spreaders. A good step towards stopping the spread of COVID-19 is to vote Trump out.

I watched a Wisconsin medical director on t.v. last night. The hospitals have reached maximum with COVID-19 patients and they are starting to use the hospital hallways and unused spaces for beds. Sounds like NYC in the beginning. Trump will, however, be holding other outside, airport rallies in Wisconsin.
