She appeared to have an issue because he was black - and possibly not local, said she was from California and asked if he was from Utah. And the poor puppy was obviously hurt, cried out and kept crying! I wanted to see him take the puppy, but she came back and hadn't done a thing with the poor little dog when the video cut off. She needs to have the dog removed from her - she possibly sounded drunk to me. I wish that I hadn't watched this.
