The Biden/Harris campaign must not answer any court-packing questions. Their answer should always be they will do what they were elected to do. The question is GOP court-packing with incompetent judges.

1. Media would not be incessantly asking this if it was the GOP

The media has to treat DEMS like enemies that have to be grilled with 200 questions per issue, but when talking to a con on the same subject they ask one, softball question.

2. and in spite of the illustrious media taking up the republican talking point on this, the Biden

camp is united on this that they will not answer hypothetical questions, especially in regard to this question, which would require Congress to first pass the legislation to add seats to the SC before it would even get to the desk if Biden becomes President.

They are also rightfully so pointing out that the republicans are using this as a distraction from their complete failure of the pandemic which left over 210000 dead, and over 7.5 million infected, some who will have lifelong maladies from this

We're FIXING the courts to reflect the Constitution's allowance for change, as a living document -- 11 to 13 judges to hold liberal democracy for at least another generation until these conflict driven psychos get used to gender, racial equality, income equity, and corporations NOT being equal before the Constitution.
