(3,916 posts)I studied the Diasy Spot ad when I took political campaign classes in college... that silence and look of dreda on his face. POWERFUL.
Thye need to run that during whatever Senate debates are still happening and every NFL and NCAA game.
Then put a few on Fox and Friends just to make him Trump go apoplectic.
BunkerBoy would only be proud of his name on the buildings!

Great political ad, hope it gets the widest possible circulation.

(12,515 posts)I live in Downtown Seattle. I am surrounded by Amazonia. Dozens of buildings held hostage by Bezos, Inc. Amazon jerks the city around on taxation and zoning, while treating its workers like slaves. The descent into corporate madness has to end.

But it's going to take all of us, fighting non-stop, since Citizens United. I wish Biden and Harris will start fighting that war in a way that is very aggressive.
They need to start by instantly removing Amy Coney Barrett as a judge due to the illegitimacy of her confirmation and testimony.

Hillary Clinton was far and above the experience level needed to be a good President. Trump's still not there yet.
Joe Biden has what it takes.

(159 posts)on a par with the infamous daisy ad against Goldwater in 1964. I hope it makes on television in the waining days before November 3rd. A good, final incentive, to vote. Let's make it the biggest landslide ever.
electric_blue68
(26,386 posts)Holy Shite, that was AMAZING!
I was a bit too young and didn't really follow LBJ v Goldwater; so I'm not sure if I saw it then. It's possible since I was watching TV, and I sure knew what an Atomic Bomb was.
So I either saw it then, or in a few years saw it in some documentary about the '64 Election. I turned against the war in '67 so I was getting active polititically so I'd been paying attention to TV and printed media.
