Why should the Supreme Court be any different? ACB has been selected by the Republicans and their dark money donors as the best judge on the Supreme Court to overturn the ACA, Roe v. Wade, and maybe even to help Trump steal re-election. Her knowledge of the Constitution and ability to interpret it are irrelevant to these Republi-goons. The only thing they care about is if she can be used as a tool to get them and their billionaire donors what they want.
