Marcus Aurelius - How To Stop Worrying (Stoicism)

This is a good time for some basic, philosophical Wisdom on our tendency to worry to much. Things will unfold as they do. Worrying about something you have no control over can be bad for your mental and physical health.

To worry about immediate problems may be useful at times, especially if it motivates you to find solutions, but when it becomes a daily habit, it may be time to put that in check before neuroplasticity carves paths into your brain that you then have to reroute eventually if you want to change it.

Catastrophizing can be very compelling, but it is not very useful and may even be counterproductive in the sense that fear and paranoia get the best of us and we cannot function optimally that way.

Take a deep breath...relax and watch this just for anything that can be useful and pragmatic in these tumultuous times.
