Why haven't we learned to stop taking trump's word at face value? It's possible he was. It's also possible when Melania tested positive, he headed out for a much needed respite where he could get rest and maybe treat a minor cold.

Just adjust how we speak a little and say "he said he was ill" rather than saying "he was ill". Liars lie. He hasn't earned our automatic trust.

Lock him up.
