Our approach to the Latino vote is still very crude and unsophisticated. OK, so the Latino vote is not monolithic - Latinos from different countries in Latin America have different things they care about, different latent fears and anxieties. And each one of these subgroups of Latino voters needs to be talked to and counseled in different ways, and also inocculated against the particular disinformation messages that they would be prone to receiving. Above all, they need to be presented with the facts that show that the real one who wants to be a dictator is Donald Trump. He's America's Fidel Castro, Hugo Chavez, etc...
