With a French style accent over the final E. Thus, her last name would be pronounced Cah-Bah-YAY! Her first name, Montserrat, is a name for a form of the Black Madonna enshrined in the village of Montserrat in Spain.

is quite a beautiful aria from the 1 act opera Gianni Schicchi by Giaccomo Puccini.

Lauretta is begging her father Gianni Schicchi to let her marry Rinuccio or she will commit suicide. (I've commented before that this is the most beautiful piece to threaten to kill yourself)

Oh my beloved father,
I love him, I love him,
I’ll go to Porta Rossa,
To buy our wedding ring!

Oh yes, I really love him!
And if you still say no,
I’ll go to Ponte Vecchio,
And throw myself below!

My love for which I suffer,
At last, I want to die!
Father, I beg, I beg!
Father, I beg, I beg!

Throwing yourself in the river if daddy says no is a classic young teen threat. Babbio is "daddy."
