I don't think anyone will be able to successfully plumb the dark depths of the deluded minds of Trump supporters. We all know that he conned them, but as to exactly why and how they fell for the con - that's still a big mystery as far as I am concerned. Die hard Trump supporters are so far beyond reason that it's impossible to say what really governs them.
