If we don't gain a majority in the Senate, most of our progress will be, of necessity, through executive orders. And so it will go, each side negating what the other accomplished whenever the Executive shifts hands. What a miserable, stunted land we'll become, incapable of meaningful change, slowly deteriorating through the long-lasting effects wrought by the seeking of limited, short-sighted goals. Certainly, there will be some worthwhile ambitions attained, but each successive fractured executive will undoubtedly seek to overturn whatever progress there may be.
We must gain a majority in the Senate, so laws with teeth and spine can be crafted to bring us the fundamental changes we desire. Without that majority, it will be years of fruitless attempts, all thwarted by that putrescence from Kentucky.
They really believe the election was stolen. And their puppet masters will use that anger to advance a program of obstruction.
