This clip seemed like an audition for a job. He's not asking; he's demonstrating. Yeah, he's good. He's really good as a teacher. He may be just as good being a prosecutor. I'd like to see him in a position to prosecute the Trump Gang. An ideal position for him would be an independent prosecutor appointed to investigate wrongdoing in the Trump years. There can be a few dozen pretenses for doing so, but there's a gold mine of crimes just waiting to be discovered.

But those pardons may cost votes in 2024. Bannon may have leverage, the threat of testifying against Trump for a reduced sentence.

So maybe Bannon would testify truthfully. But he might claim he doesn’t remember.

a person from criminal charges which is why Trump might be in trouble in New York.
That is also why I think Trump along with his family will flee the country on his last official day in office.

But the next phase of his nefarious operations, as I see it, will be to strong arm Republican legislatures in key battleground states to scrap their electors chosen by the popular vote in the state and replace them with Trump-friendly electors. Trump and his crazy legal team have made complete assholes of themselves, and have been thrown out of court because judges demand evidence, not BS. But going to the state legislatures and strong arming or bullying them to replace the vote chosen electors with Trump friendly electors is an extra-legal avenue that doesn't have the high bar of proof and evidence that the courts demand. The lawsuits were just a preparatory charade to buy the Trump team time while they get their mafia rolling to influence and bribe off the state legislatures.

Another strategy that seems to be playing out in Georgia is to get them to engage in endless recounts, even if there are no chances of overturning the results. Heck - if recounting is still going on by January 20, then the election process is still going on, and Biden can't be sworn in. And who knows? There might be still other tricks that Trump has up his sleeve...

He walks us through real-life situations and calmly explains the legal possibilities, always with a view to what's right.
Thank you!
