As Kirschner (and Keith a bit earlier) have said, failure to arrest Trump and Barr at the very least would be broadcasting the message to every Gawwwwwwwwwd-fearing, gun-worshipping, science-denying racist fuckwit in the country that, once you get to be president, you have ABSOLUTE POWER, checked by no authority, and will face zero sanction if and when you decide to leave Office.

did not put pardoning power in place for corrupt intent.
That means it's a Constitutional issue.
That means the SCOTUS can consider it.
