and much needed, too. I forgot about half the stuff this well researched piece contained. Thank you, Keith, for putting that together. I constantly hear people asking, "What is wrong with Rudi Giuliani?"
The best explanation I've gotten (and I think I saw it here) is that he drinks constantly and as he's aged, it's a form of dementia either induced or exacerbated by the alcohol.
