Yes it does. These are the people who have stood four square behind a man who kidnapped children. A man who puckered up for Putin in public. A man who ramrodded through a tax bill that favors the richest of us and offers a pittance for the rest of us( with a sunset clause!). A man who pulled out of international treaties addressing man-caused climate change, who has sold off precious national park land to developers. A man who unilaterally pulled out of a treaty that at the very worst slowed considerably the development of nuclear weaponry by Iran. A man who has sought the destruction of the ACA without any intention of replacing, leaving millions of people worrying that they will have no access to necessary care, period. A man who has fired virtually every Inspector General in the Federal Government, targeting especially those who threatened to investigate and unearth corruption and crime.
And these weenies are all beside themselves because this same man, the man who could care less if they or their grandparents died from a disease he admitted was lethal yet allowed to spread virulently throughout the land, even counseling people to ignore the CDC, to ignore epidemiologists, even withdrawing from WHO because they were attempting to bring sanity to the conversation, who co-opted CDC because the experts there were trying to tell the American people the dangers of the plague and how to avoid them, because this fat overflowing honey-bucket lost a fair and honest election.
Then I get a little nervous. How many of these fools are out there? Do I even want to waste my time trying to bring them to Jesus, bring them to the truth? They sold their souls to the Blob from Manhattan. They turned away from the preachers of truth, from the documents of his perfidy, from the enormous amounts of evidence that this was not a good man but was, in fact, a terrible, terrible man. And they are willing to die for him -- and I hope they all do. Seriously, I hope they all just crawl into a fetal position, suck their thumbs, and cry their lives away -- except for the really angry Trump-bros who I hope will just get soooo angry that they bang their fat heads against a concrete wall until their brains, empty as they are of truth and intellectual curiosity, spatter out on the ground.
I am sorry if my coldness about these sad yet potentially dangerous cry-babies offends anyone, but I am beyond sympathy or compassion for them. Yet, unlike them, I would not lift a finger to hurt them, really. And I would actually try to help them if they lay in the road bawling uncontrollably.
But if they were all to die out of the public eye as a result of their own actions, hey, I wouldn't shed a single tear. Nor will I shy away from expressing the wish that they do. Ironically, if the millions of them represented by the shrieking and crying babies in the video actually did off themselves, I think I would actually cry for them and their wasted lives. -- before getting on with my own.
