Arizona Governor Doug Ducey explains that Trump's phone calls are so important that he's set his phone to play 'Hail To The Chief' whenever Trump is calling.

Today, as Governor Ducey is in the middle of certifying the election for BIDEN, the phone in his pocket starts playing 'Hail To The Chief.' Ducey turns the phone off, tosses it on the table, and certifies Biden as the winner.

It's official now. Trump is irrelevant.
