1. Trump's in for an extremely rude awakening courtesy of SCOTUS . . .

the justices are obviously going to toss this Texas case out . . . what's going to be interesting is how they do it . . .

Trump certainly believes that he's owed something by the justices he nominated . . . I'm pretty sure they don't see it that way . . . as much as we may disagree with their conservative outlook on things, these three Supremes are at least moderately intelligent, and they're certainly well educated . . . they have to know, deep in their souls, just how terrible a president Trump has been! . . .

how they choose to negate his latest (and last) attempt to use the judiciary to overturn the election will be instructive about what they really think of Trump and his antics . . . I doubt that it will be a one-sentence dismissal as was their latest, but I'm anxious to see if there will be a written opinion, what it will say, who will write it, if there will be written concurrences, etc. . . should be some real legal education for The Donald and his cronies . . . stay tuned . . ..
