Lot's of funny details like the pixelation in the image of the great reindeer spirit, ""Don't think about Ivanka", etc. I think the snow globe was a Citizen Kane reference.

And I agree with you about the Citizen Kane reference. It's the kind of thing we've come to expect from Colbert's show.
