(205,320 posts)Other than Smokey Robinson, I didn't think the other "guests" were that funny and Kenan Thompson usually is. I wish they'd have fewer "guests" and just focus on the "anchors." The videos available this week actually left out some of their jokes in favor of the "guests" which has never happened before. This was an unusually long Weekend Update.

I loved the Christmas exchange jokes ... LOLed at all of them... so bad!
Thanks for doing the SNL and comedy talk show clips throughout the year Rhiannon. They're always the first things I look for on DU.

(205,320 posts)I kept waiting for the parts between the "guests" to be uploaded, but they weren't forthcoming. I guess they figured it was just too long, but it's the political sketches that I make a point of posting. And I figure that we could use the humor here these days - and I know that not everyone here stays up as late as I do or even has TV, so I share the best ones from late night.
