As I sit here drinking my coffee, making the menu for the next 7 days so I only have to hit the grocery store once...the washing machine whirring around the corner, parrot sleeping under the collar of my shirt, husband is in the hot tub, the kiddo is sleeping...Last night, I asked out loud what does everyone want to eat on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day? Husband says, anything you come up with is fine. Okay then...
