I'm 71, have COPD, Type II diabetes, hypertension, chronic pain and maybe I'll get 3 hours of sleep each day. At this time I have no idea when I'll be able to get the vaccine. The entire process is as clear as mud, and I don't know anyone who's getting the vaccine but those working and residing in Nursing Homes. I believe the first responders and healthcare workers have all been inoculated, but who knows? Governor Cuomo has been doing a pretty good job keeping New Yorkers alive, but getting everyone vaccinated is going to take an Herculean effort.

I do have one friend who got the first of the Pfizer vaccine, she works in the ER, but she had to go to Ellis in Schenectady to get it. I'm guessing that's because they had the necessary refrigeration. But I don't know anything beyond that, either. I would assume that senior citizens, like the lady in the video, especially those with health conditions, would come next.

And I agree that Governor Cuomo has done an outstanding job so far - both in turning things around here in the beginning, doing what needs to be done and keeping us informed. He really has been the leader on a national level - filled that unacceptable vacuum. I'm just hoping that he lets us know soon that there's a plan in place since I've read everyday that cases are spiking because idiots ignored precautions over the holidays - so I hope that he announces something very soon.

Between Dr. Fauci and Joe Biden at the helm - and Governor Cuomo - I have hopes that they'll get this going and do it right.

Like I said, its going to take a Herculean effort by several different agencies to do it, but at least we'll have some leadership in Washington behind all these efforts. Right now we're without a president. I'm hoping to be vaccinated by May. At least I have a wonderful Doctor in my corner, a Doctor I trust. He has a lot of elderly patients and we're all in the same boat.

Have a great day, Rhiannon.
