Democrats wanted Biden at the top of the ticket to win, but TPTB have planned all along to remove Biden using the 25th Amendment so Harris will be president.

I can't count the times I've heard and read this nonsense from RWNJs who apparently believe it.

This is the first time Trump's brought it up in public, though.
