For years, it was "My way or the highway," because they had all the levers of power.

Losing the House didn't change that attitude, although it changed the reality somewhat.

OBVIOUS signs that they were going to lose the WH didn't change it, either. I'm sure they were ready to fight on, with just a slim majority in the Senate. Just enough leverage to be obstructionist.

Now that Stacey Abrams has pulled of a near-miracle, combined with losing the WH, it's "What about us? We have sadz."
