No seriously, how would they know? Let's all get on the net, use Tor or something and everyone pose as Q but do something weird. Advise people to do something decent. You can conceal it as selfishness or stupidity. Because my guess is that is how they can tell their own. For example, tell them to wear a mask and do it correctly so no one can tell what they are. Tell them to be careful and wash their hands because the deep state can track your hormones.

Look at it this way, no matter how silly you get, you may not be silly enough for them to believe.
