The GO(Q)P is on trial too.

Like a dog that bites you, you need to train it to not bite.
If that dog bites you again, despite training and you beginning to trust it, a simple solution is a quick bullet to the head and a replacement dog.
(Cruel, but practical. Ask any farmer who has a dog that kills his sheep in the middle of the night as a 'fun' thing to do.)

The GO(Q)P, by ignoring the many factors that say Trump is as guilty as hell of inciting the Capitol Building storming, and other unpatriotic actions, is saying they won't impeach, and haven't learnt anything, and can't promise to do it again.

Now the GO(Q)P is a many headed animal, and a bullet to the head isn't legal or practical, but the US systems that protect Democracy need to be unmerciful in getting the message across to any individual who show signs of supporting, or otherwise providing fuel for the Trump-Think still plaguing America.

The GO(Q)P is very much on trial too. More so than Trump.

Trump won't be impeached, but GO(Q)P names will be taken.
