Or did they squirm in their seats?

Every last one of them should be asked, if not in Congress then in their town halls, which part of that attack they supported? The assaults on the police? The threats to hang pence? Traitors. Every last one of them.

Sounds like they were staring at their pencils and papers and shoes.

It is not easy to get me this upset but his opening statement has caused me to remember Jan. 6 and remember how scared that I was that our democracy was going to be taken away from us. The video used in the opening hit me hard

I've seen much of this, but not all. It gets worse every time.

Here's what gets me the most:

"Blue lives matter!" vs. "Fuck the Police!"

A bunch of them ARE police.

I've been in similar situations twice, retreating to a windowless area and hoping the door holds. Once was the night MLK was killed and all hell broke loose. The other was when the police rioted in Boston. It is very hard to watch.

I don't expect the Republicans to convict that scumbag. I do want them on record as supporting fascism and the violation of their oaths of office. I want them to out themselves as what they really are.

We probably won't defeat them all in the near future, but they will be defeated, especially when this footage is played by their opponents in their next election, along with their massively corrupt vote to acquit.

Why do I think this? Consider the longevity of the House Managers after the ridiculously phony Clinton impeachment.

Lincoln was right, you can't fool all the people all of the time.
