I think Hawley and Cruz -- and Rand Paul -- may have watched this video (if they watched at all) with a certain amount of regret that that inner door resisted the traitors’ attempts to break it open.
To pious hypocrites like Lankford, there was a certain relief that the efforts to get Pelosi and her staffers failed because, had those efforts succeeded, Lankford would have had to vote to acquit an accessory to the ensuing murders. Make no mistake, Lankford would still have voted to acquit. He just would have felt really bad about it, poor baby.
