Senator Sanders asks impeachment lawyers if Trump won 2020 election

The idiot defense lawyer never answered the question but made up his own damn question to fit his own answer. What an asshole. There is no better term to describe people like him.

It did give the Trump lawyer a way to weasel out.

"Is it the official position of former president Trump and his defense that he did not lose the election"?

or 'Was then president Trump knowingly lying when he said the election was stolen"?

I'm not a lawyer but there has to be a form of the question that shoe horns them into an answer.
