9. What is wrong with the older dog's hind legs? Is it just old age?

When their hind legs stop working for them, that is really bad. We lost a good friend, our 19 year old tuxedo cat. His hind legs just quit working.

As to the Bidens...thank goodness they are in the White House! Great couple, and great sentiments.
