I'm ashamed to admit I'd never heard of her before the impeachment. But since I've been searching out all of her hearing performances, I can't help but wonder, why isn't she a Democratic Party ROCKSTAR? She should be on EVERY COMMITTEE in the HOUSE, for STARTERS! She should be a SENATOR! (...oh yeah, that's right. She's from a part of the United States where American citizens are denied both voting rights, and proper representation in Congress. It's high time we do something about that.)

5. I looked up her background this morning, and found out just why she's such a bad ass....

As you point out, she grew up in Brooklyn in the Bushwick Houses, NYC public housing. That's only about a mile from where I lived in Bushwick until I was 9 years old.

That, and the fact that her father was a NYC police officer.

I wish she'd move back to NY so she can run for a voting seat in Congress.

Started as a Republican, was an ADA in NY, moved to DC to be a counsel, then joined the Justice Department, served under Comey, and later moved to the Virgin Islands and changed her political affiliation to the Democratic Party.

she is a delegate from us virgin islands. I believe she can vote im commitee but not for floor votes.

an aide to a republican rep. Switched in 2008. The House Impeachment Managers referred many of their speeches to her to edit for "Republicanese." I think that's why there was so much mention of Pence.

in a category almost by herself. With her resume she has proven that

she has what it takes to become a STAR in the Democratic party.
