Rush Limbaugh, the conservative media icon who for decades used his perch as the king of talk-radio to shape the politics of both the Republican Party and nation, died Wednesday after a battle with cancer. He was 70 years old.

or who looked a little different, or followed a different religion, or spoke with an accent, or was born female or gay. He was a bully and I'm deeply grateful to have outlived him.

I woke up to this news and a video of Dumdum's AC casino tower being demolished. It was a good way to start the day.
